Glowing Balloons?

So this past Saturday I enjoyed an event here at Baylor called "Balloon Glow". It is rather a strange event...basically a Christian concert surrounded by hot air balloons. About half-way through the concert the band stopped and they played music that the hot air balloons syncranized lighting up to...the pictures might give a better idea of what it looked like.

It was a fun night, definitely different, and definitely a lot of Texas pride at the concert. The music for the actual "balloon glow" was amazing. It started with some classics like Chariots of Fire and went to a classic patriotic country song by Toby Keith which was quickly followed by a classic Carmen original! (Oh yes, Carmen!) A bit random, I know!

On a side note, we were entertained by the very energetic sign language interpreter who really rocked out signing to the song We Will Rock You. AMAZING! (Just take a minute and think through the pace and lyrics to the song, and then imagine someone signing it...seriously UNBELIEVABLE!)

Anyway...I'll post some pictures soon of the event!
