Good bye...

So, it has been forever since my last post...and so much has happened since...I've been Colorado for spring break, to Santa Barbara for Katie's amazing wedding, to a conference in Florida, finished up my case study for my program, and I am looking ahead at finals and closing up stuff at Baylor.

Today was a celebration for the Steppin' Out steering committee. This is an amazing group of students who have really made my experience in my assistantship exceptional. They are fun-loving, crazy, laugh-a-lot, encouraging group of students who love to help others. I say often that I think I work with the best students at Baylor! They love to serve and they love to have fun...not a bad combo! I will miss them more than they even know!

Here are a few pictures from our day today...we gave out some crazy awards (I won the Wo-Man-Atee of the Year award)...which is a whole other story that I'll save for a later blog. In the meantime...enjoy the photos!

Bob, me, Ben, and Daniel enjoy the baseball game.

Here is most of the committee: Ben, Bob, Cinnamon, Laura, Emily, Jiggy, Sarah, Andrew, and Daniel

This pictures is a little scary...but Emily and I both won awards that had to do with manatees...like I said, a whole other story! She will be the Steppin' Out director for next year and will do an amazing job! I am sad that I won't get to work with her another year!
